This position is responsible for the use and operation ofheavy construction equipment which includes Dozer, Front End loader, Excavatorand Grader. This position requires a multi-faceted track and wheel drivenheavy equipment operator that can safely, productively, and with proven skill,control, maneuver, and navigate numerous types of construction equipment toa high degree of grading and excavation accuracy. Has a fullunderstanding of construction survey, including grade control and elevationsspecific to engineered plans and specifications.
Load and move dirt,rocks, equipment, and materials, using trucks, crawler tractors, shovels,graders, or related equipment
Drive and maneuverequipment equipped with blades in successive passes over working areas toremove topsoil, vegetation, and rocks, and to distribute and level earth orterrain.
Coordinate machineactions with other activities, positioning or moving loads in response to handor audio signals from crew members.
Perform routinemaintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance isneeded.
Must be able to quicklyand repeatedly adjust controls of machine to exact positions as necessary.
Learn, follow, and promoteall safety regulations of Waste Management and its customers.
Must have the ability tocommunicate clearly, listen and understand information through spoken words andsentences to ensure full comprehension of job duties, safety regulations, andother situations that may require an immediate response.
May require night,weekend, holiday, and/or overtime work based on the job site's operationschedule.
Performs other duties asassigned by immediate supervisor or upper management.
This position requiresworking in the internal and external environment.
This position requires aflexible work schedule; night and/or weekends will be required.
Education: Nonerequired.
Experience: Three (3)years of previous experience.
Knowledge of machinesand tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

Thisposition requires working in the internal and external environment.
Willbe exposed to a physical environment, which involves dirt, odors, noise,weather extremes or similar elements most of the workday.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
